Shipping & Delivery
All dealer orders are in stock and usually ship the same day as ordered. The normal cutoff time is 4:30 PM Central US Time for shipping. Products will be shipped from our locations in Illinois, Texas, Minnesota or Kentucky at our discretion.

All end user orders will be delivered from the nearst local stocking dealer. If no dealers are in the customer's local area, Line Sharing Systems will make the decision on which dealer will best service the client.
Free shipping is either UPS Standard or USPS Priority Mail to anywhere in the US and Canada. For Canadian and International customers we suggest that you chose USPS Priority Mail International because USPS does not charge the often expensive extra delivery charges that you would be responsible for from UPS such as taxes, duties, brokerage and other fees.

For faster or preferred delivery, we offer most of the additional shipping methods from USPS, UPS and FedEx at normal rates.
Privacy & Security
We absolutely respect your privacy. We will never sell or disclose your personal information to anyone or any organization for any reason. We do not send junk email, advertisements or any other information unless you request it. We will not call you unless you request it or if there is a problem with your particular order or unless you ask us to. Any credit card or other sensitive information that you give us over the phone is shredded by the end of that day. Your credit card information is never stored unless requested. For our protection and yours we use all security features available today. We have multiple employees whose only job is to insure security for all aspects of your business and your information.
Returns & Replacements
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product you may return it for s full refund within 30 days. Your only risk is the return postage. We do require that you call our toll free tech support staff to let them help you. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will refund your purchase price.

All products have a one year warranty so if for any reason the product is defective, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
You may order online via any credit card or PayPal. We also accept virtually any payment method including bank wires, checks online, mail in orders or purchase orders (call for approval). The simplest way is to use your credit card, but we will accommodate you if another method is required.

Viewing Orders
It's easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online and click on My Account and sign in with your ID and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see and be able to print your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. Updating Account Information
You can update your account information at any time. Here's how:
  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click the Settings tab.
  3. Edit the appropriate fields.
  4. Click Save profile.
